- What is Bone Setting? Bone Setting was 1/2 of the original Heartworks Lomilomi training on Maui by the kahuna.

    The form of alignment that you will learn is implemented with Applied Kinesiology. You will learn how to "gently-press--in-place" the body's structure using muscle testing to determine what requires realignment. The client will BREATHE-in-PLACE the verabrea as you use the AK techinques for alignment. You'll be learning a gentle technique to bring all the vertebrae in the spine, as well as the ribs, hips, sacrum, cranial, occiput, and more into PERFECT ALIGNMENT! This work can relieve nagging back/neck/shoulder pain as well as headaches/migraines and lethargy, while improving posture, vitality, and energy flow. When Spinal Alignment is paired with a massage, they compliment each other and create longer-lasting and more beneficial results!
