HEARTWORKS LOMI is an Old Style Traditional form of Lomilomi. It is such a delight to learn and experience. This course covers 14 areas of the body and has a very powerful yet peaceful and calming affect on the receiver and the giver! You can learn this Lomi routine in just 4 days and leave with the confidence to begin a Lomilomi practice. If you are already doing massage or bodywork, Heartworks Lomilomi is the perfect add-on to any other modalities you are sharing. Heartworks uses a Waterfall of Aloha to drive the strokes done only with the hands. It's a very contemplative form of deep tissue lymphatic flushing.
