A Meal Plan for Healing Leaky Gut &
Regrowing a Healthy Intestinal Mucosa


If you have been directed to this page, chances are that you would benefit greatly
from eating foods with less acid, 'fire' and fiber for a few weeks and watch the
symptoms you are experiencing diminish or disappear, returning you to a
healthier experience of living in a body and enjoying your life!

If your body has been recycling toxins for a while, causing you pain or
discomfort, it's a sure sign that your Ileocecal valve has been stuck OPEN,
and this toxic overload has caused a number of unhealthy symptoms..
Here's a list of the most common ones we see regularly in clients:

* Shoulder pain
* Sudden lower back pain
* Headaches & migraines
* Acid reflex
* Excessive gas & bloating
* Swift mood changes
* Unusual crankiness
* Chronic depression
* Low energy
* Dark circles under the eyes (indicator of toxicity)

Learn How to Do the Body Tune-Up

After the BTU adjustments,
and your Ileocecal valve has been 'reset', a
14 to 21 day, specific Meal Plan is often advised.
There are many reasons why, the foods most beneficial
in healing this
condition are all cooked foods, nothing raw.

BE VERY CAREFUL!

Here's a very specific suggestion of what to eat and what
not to eat to remedy this often uncomfortable inflammatory situation!

FOODS THAT ASSIST IN HEALING THE MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF THE COLON:


Eat only soft-cooked
fruits and vegetables,
with a heavy accent
on eating lots of
LEAFY-GREENS!

Get protein from fish, chicken, turkey, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, tofu or eggs.

Fresh cooked spinach, kale, swiss-chard and collards are extremely beneficial and keep you flowing ‘regular’ without any coarse ‘fiber’ or caffeine. Eat a whole bushel of one of these large leafy-greens every day, steamed, fried, or boiled in soups. When garnished with fresh 3-6-9 Omega Oils, Bragg Liquid Aminos and Nutritional Yeast, you have a delicious recipe for healing!

You may eat cooked ‘low-acid’ fruits, like peaches, pears, apples (peeled) and bananas, separately or together in a fruit compote. This makes a good breakfast or dessert with cottage cheese or yogurt and a little maple syrup. You can eat protein from either fish, chicken, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, tofu or eggs.

After eating this low-stress, low-fiber meal plan for two to three weeks,
the healthy mucosa in your colon will be restored. Without the overload of toxins, Peace will reign in your gut and within your nervous system once again!

We find it best to supplement the meal plan with high quality probiotics to assist rebuilding the colon’s mucous membrane. These healthy bacteria support our mental health as well. Because the balance of the digestive system is so delicate, we highly recommend regular maintenance ‘tune-ups’ to stay on track, keeping the 'elements' in balance. There can be no real peace in one's life, when the elements are out of balance and there's too much fire-in-the-belly.


 

FOODS TO AVOID WHEN HEALING THE MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF THE COLON:

Do not consume any crunchy food, uncooked food or fresh juice, caffeine, chocolate, grains, popcorn, seeds, nuts, spices or alcohol,
NO black or red pepper & NO onions or garlic (even cooked)!

No vinegar, garlic, ginger or onions; no bread or grains of any kind; no spices of any kind (salt and cooked herbs are okay) and no black or red pepper! No green tea or Herba Matte as they too have caffeine. Eat as a young baby would eat: nothing offensive, too fiery (spicy), or too fibrous (corrosive), for an easy, peaceful journey through the intestines; simple food for an easy digestion.

AK is an effective way to determine dietary and nutritional needs of anyone who is coming for treatment. You may want to get some books or special training in these areas if you truly wish to be a full-spectrum holistic health practitioner. There are many good AK Instructors in the world. Taking classes is a great way to begin learning the art of muscle-testing and how to give the body a' voice'.
