is a three day lomi Lomi course, teaching a full body
routine, and offering 23 CEs for all LMPs!

Brenna will be sharing the gift of Rebirthing,
which we have come to call "Mana Breathing"
with the group once again!
She is truly a divine goddess of High Play,
and we are so blessed to have her joining us this year!

Lopez will be sharing Meditation........
In beginning and ending each day in meditation, we learn
to calm the waters of our mind. By turning our focus inwardly,
in silence we commune with the Divine within us all. As
we simply follow our breath (ha) we become aware of our
present moment (alo). Once we have connected with ourselves
in Aloha, we can then mindfully bring consciousness to
every dimension of our lives with joy (oha). Linda's practice
has its' foundations in Buddhist Vipassana meditation
and Kriya Yoga. Her teachers include Tibetan Dzogchen
Lama Sogyal Rinpoche, Vietnamese Buddhist monk and peace
activist Thich Nhat Hanh and Paramahansa Yoganada through
the Self-Realization Fellowship.
