~ REFUND POLICY ~
for all events and training with Shamanic Bodywork
after January 1st, 2008

A full refund will be granted only within 24 hours of payment

Deposits: 1111 USD for 2 week events in Hawaii (non refundable)
                   600-900 USD for 8 - 10 Day training (non refundable)
                   250-400 USD for 4 or 5 Day training (non refundable)

Partial refunds are available more than 45 days before the Event.
No refunds or credits are available for any PRIVATE sessions or classes.

No refunds or credits are available after the event has begun;
For cancellation within 45 days before the Event; Credits
(not refunds) are applicable;
For cancellation more than 45 days before the Event;
All but the deposit is refundable

~ APPLICABLE CREDITS ~

For cancellation within less than 45 days of the event, up to the day of Event:

1) a 50% credit can be applied to any future events or personal healing sessions

2) All deposits and tuition credits are transferable to friends or family for personal sessions or training with Shamanic Bodywork

Please NOTE:

1) Our food and lodging costs are fixed, so if you do not show up
at the last minute, we have already paid for your food and lodging,
AND we may not be able to resell your space

2) All refunds will be offered in the form of a check and sent by snail mail,
within 45 days after the closing of the Event that the tuition was applied too.
