Personal training is available during these months:

Come to Kauai and train directly with Kealohi and Patti!

One Week at Hale Ohana may include 3 (or 4) Training Days
and another day for a Healing Session for each Haumana--student.
This leaves two (or 3) days open for adventuring around Kauai.
Lodging and a complementary shuttle to and from Airport are available.

Aumakua Hike (Ancestors) A meditative hike up the Sleeping Giant through
a beautiful forest trail -comes with a Blessing chant and teachings ~ half day

'Aina Hike (the land) A meditative hike up Mt Kahili Ridge Trail through
a beautiful forest -comes with a Blessing chant and teachings ~ half day

Waiola (Water of Life) Healing Caves Journey A swim in the healing mineral waters of Waikapala'e (a hidden wet cave) Completing the Healing Ceremony in the dry cave at
Haena Beach Park -Half day (or Full day with Kalalau Trail hike, to ‘half mile’ view point)

Ke'e Beach ~ Heiau (ancient temple) at the end of the road on the Northshore

Visit an ancient Hawaiian Village
on the Wailua River,

also visit Fern Grotto
Rain forest hike to waterfalls, swim,
