Ka'alele - The flight of the Iwa bird, the basic dance steps for Lomi Lomi
Ancient joint rotations for the deep release & opening of the elbows, wrists,
knees and ankles. Also for the releasing and opening of the shoulders and hips
Lomi Lomi - "Temple Style" and Traditional Lomi Lomi strokes for a full body routine
