wanting to go deeper with your own healing. This is a weeklong retreat where
you choose the dates and we can creatively design a healing program for you,
focusing on positive, permanent change: physically, mentally and spiritually.

One week stay may include:

A Bringing Peace to Reality Booklet and Health Consultation
The Body Tune Up and Touch For Health balancing
A Ho’oponopono (radical forgiveness), Counseling,
A divine Lomilomi Healing and/or Rebirthing
A Guided Shamanic Journey of your choice

Kalalau Valley from Kokee Ridge Trail

1) Aumakua Hike (Ancestors) A meditative hike up the Sleeping Giant through
a beautiful forest trail -comes with a Blessing chant and teachings ~ half day

2) 'Aina Hike (the land) A meditative hike up Mt Kahili Ridge Trail through
a beautiful forest -comes with a Blessing chant and teachings

3) Waiola (Water of Life) Haena Caves & Kalalau Trail Beginning the Healing Ceremony in
the dry cave at Haena Beach Park, then a hike to the ‘half mile’ view point on the Kalalau
Trail and finally a swim in the healing mineral waters of Waikapala'e (a hidden wet cave)



4) Wailua River Kayak and
Jungle Hike to a Waterfall

We will begin the day walking
through a recreated Traditional
Hawaiian Village,
then kayak the scenic Wailua River,
park the boat, hike through a
rainforest jungle trail to
Manifestation Falls
for a swim, an initiation
and a picnic!
